About Me
Dr. Bedziner is a licensed psychologist who earned her PsyD from Hofstra University. She has broad clinical experience across schools, hospitals, and intensive outpatient clinics. During her years at an OCD and Anxiety IOP, she gained extensive training in treating a wide range of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, and related conditions.
Her work focuses on helping individuals reduce compulsive behaviors and move away from avoidance so they can reconnect with their values and build meaningful lives. She primarily utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to each person’s needs.
She provides therapy both on virtual platforms and at relevant exposure sites when clinically appropriate, and she continues to offer this level of specialized, immersive support in her private practice.
