Job Description
About the Role: As our Clinical Operations Director, you’ll be the heart of our clinical operations, nurturing our team’s growth, ensuring the highest standards of care, and shaping the future of our practice. Key Responsibilities Supervision & Support: Provide individual and group supervision, monitor clinical performance, and address ethical and clinical concerns. Review clinical notes and documentation for compliance, ensuring timely completion. Oversee other supervisors to ensure staff receive appropriate clinical support and oversight.
Quality Assurance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices. Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards. Update policies and paperwork to ensure legal and clinical compliance.
Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinical skills. Mentor new clinicians and coordinate ongoing staff development.
Administrative Duties: Direct and oversee the hiring process to ensure appropriate clinicians are onboarded to meet referral needs. Ensure supervision logs are properly maintained and integrate this oversight with other tasks. Handle employee records management and grievance resolution.
Skills: Strong understanding of clinical supervision and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications
Qualifications Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work. Valid unrestricted license (Ph.D., Psy.D., or LCSW) in New York State. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and prior supervisory experience. Willingness to be credentialed with insurance payers.
