About Me

I am a licensed psychologist in NY and NJ, maintaining a small private practice serving adolescents and adults. I also serve as the Director of the Children (and Families) Healing After Trauma (CHAT) Clinic at Rutgers University, where I supervise doctoral students providing trauma-focused treatment to youth and their families.
My clinical experience includes community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, schools, university counseling centers, specialty trauma clinics, and private practice. I received specialized training in PTSD treatment and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) and Cognitive Behavioral Consultants (CBC), followed by a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Child HELP Partnership at St. John's University, where I received advanced training in trauma-focused therapies.
While my foundation is rooted in third-wave cognitive behavioral therapies, including CBT and DBT, my work has increasingly been shaped by relational and trauma-informed perspectives. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, warm, and direct, and I strive to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.
