About Me
I work as a licensed psychologist at The Center for DBT and Trauma Recovery. In addition to private practice work, I work as the assistant project manager at the Children (and Families) Healing After Trauma (CHAT) Clinic at Rutgers University and supervise doctoral students in trauma therapy for youth.
I received my Psy.D. from Rutgers University (GSAPP) and completed my predoctoral internship at Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS), where I specialized in PTSD treatment and DBT for suicidality, anxiety, and mood disorders. I completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Child HELP Partnership at St. John's University and received additional training in trauma therapy for children and families. I have practiced in a variety of settings, including community mental health, inpatient units, schools, private practice, and university counseling centers. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and warm, and I use a combination of my CBT/DBT-focused training and integrative techniques learned along the way.
