About Me
Dr. Pomerantz is an Assistant Professor of Psychology in Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine and Assistant Attending Psychologist at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Her areas of expertise and demonstrated passion include the assessment and treatment of anxiety, mood, perinatal, and trauma-related disorders. Additionally, she specializes in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), where she treats couples in relational distress through an attachment lens. In her current role, Dr. Pomerantz provides psychotherapeutic services to young adult graduate and medical students through Weill Cornell Medicine’s Student Mental Health Program. Dr. Pomerantz also has a faculty practice at the Weill Cornell Psychiatry Specialty Center.
