About Me
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore both immediate concerns and deeper relational challenges. I believe therapy is most effective when it is tailored to each individual or couple’s unique experiences; as such, I collaborate with clients to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and needs.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship challenges, and adjustment-related difficulties during major life transitions. My approach is integrative; I draw from a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Sensate Focus Therapy to help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, feelings, and relationships, while developing practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.
